Thành lập Đại Học Nhân Quyền Việt Nam

 

Nhân ngày Nhân Quyền Việt Nam, tôi long trọng tuyên bố thành lập Đại học Nhân Quyền Việt Nam. Đây là một loại mô hình Đại học bên ngoài Đại học như dưới thời Trung cổ khi những kẻ thống trị áp đặt lên toàn dân sự độc quyền toàn trị.

1. Tôn chỉ mục đích như đã ghi trong dự án.
2.  Đại học khai giảng vào tháng 12, ngày Nhân Quyền Liên Hợp Quốc.
3. Trong tình huống đặc biệt của Việt Nam chỉ công bố Ban sáng lập cũng là Ban Điều Hành khi đất nước hoàn toàn tự do, dân chủ.
4. Trong sự đồng thuận của các Thành viên sáng lập, người chủ trương dự án đảm trách Hiệu Trưởng Đại Học Nhân quyền Việt Nam.
5. Các chương trình phổ biến không chỉ nhằm cho bậc Đại học nhưng phổ cập đến mọi công dân kiến thức nhân quyền, do đó sẽ có các trung tâm nhân quyền phù hợp theo nhu cầu.
6. Đại học không chủ trương quyên góp và gây quỹ, chỉ ước mong Quý Vị nhiệt tình đóng góp bài vở liên quan đến giáo dục nhân quyền để biến nơi diễn đàn này trở thành cái nôi nhân quyền của mọi gia đình Việt Nam.
7. Kính cảm ơn tất cả Quý vị đã quan tâm đến tình trạng suy thoái trầm trọng về đạo đức tại Việt Nam ngày nay. Việc phổ biến nhân quyền là một vấn đề thiết yếu để chấn hưng đạo đức làm người không chỉ hôm nay, cả mai sau và không chỉ dành riêng cho Việt Nam nhưng với các dân tộc.
8. Đặc biệt kính cảm ơn các Sứ Quán tại Việt Nam cũng như các Tổ chức Nhân quyền đã hoan nghênh việc thành lập Đại Học Nhân Quyền Việt Nam một cách nhiệt tình.

Announcement

The establishment of the University of Human Rights of Viet Nam

On the occasion of  Vietnammese Human Rights Day, I solemnly proclaim the establishment of the University of Human Rights in Viet Nam. It is a model of the University outside the University in the Middle Ages when the rulers imposed political monopoly on the whole population.

1. Purpose and Aim stated in the project.
2. The University will be opened in December, in the United Nations Human Rights Day.
3. In special situations in Vietnam, the founding board as well as Executive Committee will be only announced when the country is completely free and democratic.
4. With the consensus of the founding members, the advocate of the project undertakes to be President of Vietnamese Human Rights University.
5. The popular programs do not only aim at teritary level but also make compulsory human rights knowledge to all citizens, so there will be the human rights centers which are in accordance with the needs
6. The policy of the university does not raise funds and donations, we just hope all Supporters enthusiastically contribute the articles relating to human rights education to turn the forum into a human rights cradle of all vietnamese families.
7. Sincerely thank you for your showing interest in the serious degradation of current morality in Viet Nam. The dissemination of human rights is not only an essential issue to prosper morality of today, but also tomorrow and it is not for VietNam only, but for peoples.
8. Especially thanks to Embassies in VietNam as well as the Organizations for Human Rights have enthusiastically welcomed the establishment of the University of Human Rights in VietNam.
